The venture is led by Franky Tjhin, Principal of Plus Notable, and Peter Li, Principal of Plus Agency, who together bring decades of experience and a proven record of success in Sydney’s residential property market.
With offices in Castle Hill, Chatswood, and Burwood, Plus Notable has become a trusted name in Sydney’s competitive residential property market. As of 2025, the team has contributed to over $1 billion in project sales, supporting developers across some of the city’s most high-performing growth corridors.
Led by Franky, Plus Notable is guided by a hands-on and developer-focused leadership style. He brings deep expertise in project marketing and residential sales, with a proven track record of helping developers achieve strong results across diverse markets. His leadership ensures every project is approached strategically, with campaigns that are innovative, results-driven, and tailored to the needs of both developers and buyers.
